An all-new help system, multi-edit, and more launched this December. Let's dive into what's new & improved in Canonic.
December was busy! We had a flurry of updates including an all-new in-app help with hundreds of quick tip videos, and some enhancements including the ability to edit multiple frontend components in one go. Add a few new sample projects to the mix, and you get a busy December for the team here at Canonic.
Let's dive in!
We are delighted to unveil our comprehensive new in-app help system, a significant enhancement designed to transform your experience on our platform. This feature was developed in response to user feedback seeking more immediate, contextual support for various activities, from basic navigation to complex problem-solving.
The revamped help system is more than just a resource; it's a dynamic guide. As you navigate through the platform, it provides relevant documentation and quick tips tailored to what you're currently working on. This means that whether you're in the middle of building a complex workflow, exploring new features, or troubleshooting an issue, you will have access to the right information exactly when you need it.
One of the key motivations behind this upgrade was to make our platform more intuitive and user-friendly, especially for new users who might be unfamiliar with the breadth of functionalities we offer. By integrating contextual help directly into the user interface, we've created a more seamless learning curve. This feature not only aids in immediate problem resolution but also empowers users by providing them with the knowledge and tools to maximize their use of our platform.
Additionally, we've invested in ensuring that this help system is up-to-date and comprehensive. The content is constantly reviewed and expanded to cover new features and use cases, ensuring that it remains a valuable resource for all users, regardless of their expertise level.
Our ongoing commitment to providing a seamless experience is reflected in the substantial fixes and enhancements to various UI components. These improvements are aimed at offering a more efficient and enjoyable user experience.
We've implemented multiple-selection editing features, that allow users to edit multiple components at the same time.
